The array of responses shows that almost every antihypertensive has an effect on sexual function but some have more pronounced effect that requires intervention. Potassium-sparing diuretics e.g spironolactone, Non-selective beta blockers e. g,propanolo,atenolol and centrally acting drugs e.g methyldopa,clonidine are the most implicated. Mechanisms by which this is accomplished
